Odumakin for burial April 24!

The remains of the late activist and Afenifere spokesman, Yinka Odumakin, will be committed to mother earth on Saturday, April 24 at his hometown, Moro, Ife North Local Government Area of Osun State. In a funeral arrangement announced by the family and signed by the widow Dr. Joe Okei Odumakin, the rites will span three days, 22nd, 23rd & 24th of April 2021.
Tributes and service of songs will come up at Police College, Ikeja, Lagos on April 22 between 11am and 4pm.
On the 23rd , his remains will depart Lagos for Moro, his country home.
On arrival there, his body will lie in state at Origbo Anglican Grammar School. Later in the day, there will be candle light procession and Christian wake keep.
After a funeral service at the same venue on the 24 of this month, he will be given a private internment.
