Ambassador Isola, presents letter of credence to Queen Elizabeth, turns 61

Nigeria High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, Ambassador Sarafa Tunji Isola, today November 25, 2021 presented his Letter of Credence to Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II.

The ceremony also coincided with the 61st birthday anniversary of Isola, who was appointed ambassador early this year by President Muhammadu Buhari.

The double celebration for the diplomat, has attracted greetings and felicitations from friends, family members, associates and other well wishers.

Prominent among them was former Ogun State governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun, who while conveying a bouquet of felicitations to the ambassador noted Isola’s remarkable innovations within the short period of his assumption of duty as Nigeria High Commissioner to the United Kingdom.

Amosun, noted that Isola’s innovations were geared towards restoring the credibility and efficiency of the Nigeria’s Mission.

He also added that the innovations have positive impacts in the area of upholding Nigeria national interest as well as strengthening of bilateral relationship between Nigeria and the United Kingdom.
