A gender based non- governmental organiaation, “Voice of Ogun Women” VOW, has concluded arrangements to hold a Governorship candidates debate tagged “Ogun Women Decide”.
More than eight candidates are expected to participate in the debate, which holds today at the main auditorium of the Olusegun  Obasanjo Presidential Library, the Ogun State Abeokuta
Chairman, Publicity Committee of the group, Olufunke Fadugba, in a  statement gave the candidates  expected at the debate to include Gbenga Nasir Isiaka of African Democratic Party, ADC;  Abiodun Akinlade, Allied Peoples Movement, APM; Sina Kawonise of Yes Party;  Buruji Kashamu of the Peoples Democratic Party,PDP, and Prince Dapo Abiodun of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
Others are  Princess Eniola Martins of AAC;  Dimeji  Bankole of the Action Democratic Party, ADP  ; Mr. Adewale Omoniyi of ANRP and Mr. Rotimi Paseda of the Social Democratic Party, SDP
She added that Mr.  Segun Odegbami of Zenith Labour took  permission to be excused.
The convener of VOW, Doyinsola Ogunbiyi, said the aim was to properly empower women with necessary information to enable them take informed decision at the polling centre.
Ogunbiyi, said the association is not for socials but for promotion of positive gender issues.
The candidates are expected to sign a charter with the women group on gender issues of education, health, maternal health etc
