Buhari re-appoints Oloyede as JAMB Registrar!

The new appointment is for a second term of five years.

President Muhammadu Buhari has reappointed Prof. Ishaq Oloyede as Registrar/Chief Executive of the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board,

Buhari also reappointed Abubakat Rasheed as Executive Secretary of the National Universities Vomission for another five years as well as Hamid Bobboyi as Executive Secretary of the Universal Basic Education Commission for a second term of four years too.

Buhari, who said the appointments were based on the recommendation of Minister for Education, Prof. Adamu Adamu, also reappointed Ifeoma Isiugo- Abanihe as Registrar/CEO of the National Business and Technical Examination Board, also for a second term of four years.

Promise Mebine was also appointed as the Director/Chief Executive of the National Mathematical Centre for an initial tenure of five years.

Oloyede and Rasheed’s appiotments according to Ben Bem Goong, Director, Press and Public Affairs, Federal Ministry of Education take effect from August, 1, 2021, while those of Mebine and Bobboyi’s are from August 17 and 21 respectively.
